• Orders for Returnable products cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully placed and payment has been processed.

• Returnable products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The product should not have been used or altered.
